Shipping

• We ship out within 24-48 hours after order is placed
• If product will take longer to create it is specified within the product description.
• Custom products we will correspond through email and will let you know about shipping.

Refunds/Returns

• We will refund product up to 7 days after product is delivered and received back to store
• If product is damaged when received, we will require picture evidence
• If product is not what you thought, we will do an exchange
• Custom products will not be refunded unless damaged on delivery

If product is to long/big we can switch out product for another of equal or greater value or recreate the current product.
